Buiding up your muscle

As we known, mainly our muscle is consisted of protein.
But how to make muscle creation and recover faster after an exercise,
an surgery, or using medical tools “Andropenis”.

There are 3 principles to follow:

1. Use the device correctly as instruction, not over or under use.
Actually, 4hr-a-day usage of the device is enough to make a difference but it will be too slow.

2. Have a meal with necessary nutrition (such as carbohydrate, protein, fat, minerals, and vitamin).
Normally, there is not much problem about the first three nutrition
but it is found that we usually neglect eating food with minerals and vitamin.
For using our tools, we suggest protein sources which are easier to digest
and have plenty of protein such as breast part of chicken.
This chicken part has high protein and less fat. Another recommended protein source is egg.
The most important is no drink, since alcohol will deter a cell multiplying process
causing a slower or no result from using our tool.

3. Have a quality sleep, needed at least 6 hours everyday.
Especially for using our product, if you want a faster result, you should sleep at least 6-8 hours a day.
As many physicians suggest, a long and good sleep help in our body self repairing
and cell multiplying process, further more many hormones are create during our sleep.
Many short sleeps are not a good way to have a rest and they are not the same as a long good sleep.
